Harassment is any verbal or physical conduct that denigrates or shows hostility or aversion towards a person by creating an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment, as well as any other act or behavior established in applicable laws. Harassment involves a succession of incidents, although a single incident may be considered harassment if it is serious enough to have a significant adverse impact on the individual or the work environment.

Examples include:
• Inadequate or unsafe working conditions.
• Violation of safety standards.
• Abuse of drugs and substances.

Any type of physical attack.

Discrimination shall be understood as any distinction, exclusion, restriction, or preference that, by action or omission, with or without intention, is not objective, rational, or proportional and aims to obstruct, restrict, impede, diminish, or nullify the recognition, enjoyment, or exercise of human rights and freedoms, based on one or more of the following reasons: ethnic or national origin, skin color, culture, sex, gender, age, disability, social, economic, health, or legal condition, religion, physical appearance, genetic characteristics, migratory status, pregnancy, language, opinions, sexual preferences, identity or political affiliation, marital status, family status, family responsibilities, criminal record, or any other reason.

Situation that jeopardize the company's resources and continuity, such as:

• Dishonest conduct; theft, fraud, misuse of company resources, bribery, extortion, others.
• Modification of documents, permits, contracts, corruption, etc.
• Receiving expensive gifts from suppliers.
• Misuse of confidential or privileged information.

Abuse of authority is understood as any situation in which an individual uses their position and/or authority over others, using it for their own benefit and/or against the interests of Cybolt, with or without misconduct towards others, as well as any other act or behavior provided for in the applicable laws. All those persons who have been entrusted with a position of authority over others and/or authority for decision-making at Cybolt have a special obligation to exercise it responsibly.

Environmental damage caused by the company. For example:

• A significant misuse of resources used in daily operations, such as energy, water, paper.
• There is a real or potential environmental hazard related to Cybolt's operations (such as a chemical leak or excessive water consumption affecting the surrounding community).

For Example:

• There has been a data breach that must be addressed or has not been adequately addressed.
• There are new revelations that a type of technology used by Cybolt (or a provider/partner) has systemic security/privacy risks that jeopardize the quality of work and the reputation of Cybolt.

For example:

Failure to comply with rules, policies, and processes, including lack of professionalism with clients, partners, or suppliers. For example, a previous case submitted to GTA, GTE, or GTC was not handled confidentially, timely, and appropriately (e.g., GTE did not respond with an explanation of why your case was dismissed; GTA did not respond within a few weeks of receiving your complaint; GTC did not properly maintain the names of whistleblowers confidential, exposing them to possible verbal harassment in the workplace).

For example:

• A client is using Cybolt technology to attack a journalist or political dissident.
• Adequate measures have not been taken to ensure that it is less likely for a client to abuse certain powerful technologies (such as surveillance equipment).
